3rd Annual Walk for Education Saturday, October 1, 2011 9am - 12pm Livermore High School 600 Maple Street, Livermore Students and familes from all over the Livermore Valley are invited to participate in the 3rd Annual American Swim Academy's Walk 4 Education benefitting the Livermore Valley Education Foundation on October 1, 2011. NEW LOCATION!! This year, the event will be hosted at Livermore High School (600 Maple Street) but will still offer the same fun, family friendly day including the walk, free refreshments, game booths and prizes and more! With the ongoing State budget crisis, our schools need support now more than ever. Teachers have been laid off, school funding has been cut and ultimately it’s our children who suffer the consequences.
Participating in this walk gives Livermore Valley School children a way to support their school and receive a better education.
