
A great, big THANK YOU to everyone who participated in the 2009 LVEF Walk for Education on Saturday, September 26! It was an amazing success and we are grateful to all of our sponsors and donors who helped make this event possible.
The event, auction and sponsorships together helped raise nearly $8,500 for the Livermore Valley Education Foundation, proving that even in tough economic times; people still realize the value of education!
All school participated in a contest to see who could register the most walkers with the winning school receiving $500 for their efforts. This year the winning school was:

NEW INFORMATION!
On October 26, 2009 at 7:00pm, we will be presenting the ceremonial check to the LVEF at the Livermore City Council meeting. This is a public meeting and anyone who is interested is invited to attend. The meeting will be at the Council Chambers located at 3575 Pacific Avenue in Livermore. We hope to see you there!
